Avaliação dos peritos

The Wine Advocate (Abril 2010):

"The 2005 Cenit VDC is an old vine cuvee produced only in top vintages. It was aged in new French oak for 24 months. A glass-staining opaque purple color, it offers up a brooding bouquet of pain grille, pencil lead, lavender, espresso, and blackberry. Full-bodied and dense, on the palate it is tightly wound, structured, and unyielding at the moment. However, it has all the right stuff and the wine is impeccably balanced. Give it another 4-6 years of cellaring and drink it through 2025 if not longer."

Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar (Nov/Dec 10):

"Opaque ruby. Candied blackcurrant, violet and anise on the nose and palate. Pliant and flamboyantly perfumed, with compelling sweetness of black and blue fruits and an exotic floral pastille quality that gains strength with air. For such a powerful wine this is extremely graceful. A bright mineral quality adds juiciness and lift to a silky and compellingly sweet and endless finish. This is delicious right now."
