Intense and gorgeous nose of figs, yellow plums, dates, ginger, preserved lemons and walnuts, with a touch of balsamic. Spicy, yeasty and concentrated, with brilliant complexity, a medium to full body and fine bubbles. 86% pinot noir and 14% chardonnay. Base wine from 2008 with 12% reserve wines. Disgorged May 2022. 7g/L dosage.
