Sourced from vines planted before 1980, this full-bodied, powerfully concentrated Chablis highlights Mirabelle and quince flavors balanced by a tangerine streak of acidity. Vinified in a combination of stainless steel and oak, it's rich and rounded but framed by a gripping finish of chalk and stone.
