The 2019 Cuvée des Demoiselles sails out of the glass with notes of fresh pears, white peaches and applesauce plus hints of coriander seed, lemongrass and fennel. Medium to full-bodied, the palate is not shy on flavors, featuring layers of stone fruit and spiced apple notes and a racy backbone, finishing long with a pleasant touch of silkiness to the texture.
