With maturity, this organic wine has developed a vanilla texture that's smooth and generous. It is ripe, the black fruits now softened into spiciness and soft tannins.

A structured and chewy red with dark cherries, dark plums, peppercorns, black olives and dried herbs. Medium- to full-bodied with firm tannins. Chalky and dense with a flavorful finish with excellent length. From organically grown grapes. Drink or hold.
