Another heavenly wine is the 2015 Saint Drezery Tete de Belier, which was also just recently bottled. A ripe, hedonistic effort that offers lots of minerality, darker fruits, pepper and underbrush, it hits the palate with full-bodied richness, ripe tannin and a gorgeously pure, seamless texture. It's already just about impossible to resist, yet given its balance, purity and structure, it's going to continue drinking beautifully for 5-8 years. -Jeb Dunnuck.
