Avaliação dos peritos

Tim Atkin:

This comparatively rare Garnacha Blanca is made with grapes from two parcels, Chillaran and Grieldas, both located at 650 metres, and is "my most red wine-like white", according to Carlos Fernández. Whole bunch pressed for extra structure, it has notes of fennel and wild flowers, a drizzle of honey and a taut, citrus-edged finish. 2020-27

The Wine Advocate:

The white 2017 Cifras Garnacha Blanca from sandy soils is ripe but fresh. It fermented in concrete eggs, where it matured with lees for one year. There are notes of hay and straw, and it feels quite Mediterranean (the character of the year) and a little evolved. The palate is dry, round and quite balanced. 2,800 bottles produced were filled in November 2018.

James Suckling:

Lots of white-grenache character here with sliced dried lemon, stone and dried pear. It’s dense, but lively on the palate. Flavorful on the finish. Drink now.
