Conde de los Andes Blanco 2015

The white 2015 Conde de los Andes Blanco is a barrel-fermented Viura with moderate alcohol and high acidity kept in the new barriques for three months with lees that were stirred weekly. This is a new wine produced by the new owners, who are also releasing some older vintages produced by the previous team. It was aged in barrique for a further six months and then one year in bottle before it was released. It's clean, modern, oaky and ripe, with a medium-bodied palate, some austerity and notable acidity. 12,000 bottles produced.
