The Wine Advocate:

The village red 2019 Delmoro was produced with grapes from 15- to 50-year-old vines from Venta del Moro, mostly Garnacha and 15% Syrah from limestone-rich soils fermented separately in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts and 40% full clusters and aged separately for five months. It's fruit-driven and aromatic. They harvested a little earlier and produced a lighter wine, easier to drink, light and fresh, very approachable. 12,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in July 2020.
