The Wine Advocate:
The smoky and savory 2011 Reserva is produced with Tempranillo from their own Media Legua vineyard in Elciego, fermented in cement vats with selected yeasts and matured in French barriques for 18 months. There are mineral notes of diesel and traces of smoked and cured meats, exuberant, aromatic and open. It's modern and classical, powerful and elegant. 15,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in August 2013.
