At first, this shows the typical wet-wool note I associate with immature chenin blanc dry whites, but with a little aeration it develops an enticing, honeycomb aroma. Rich and powerful, but with lively acidity that keeps it clean. Lovely interplay of caramelized-pear and intense mineral character at the long, slightly tannic finish. From organically grown grapes. Drink or hold.
