Brimming with peach and apricot fruit, but also delicate notes of mandarin orange, persimmon, jasmine and chamomile. What a stunning interplay of ripe fruit, vibrant acidity and intensely salty minerality. So much drive at the finish. Still very young! From biodynamically grown grapes. Drink or hold.
