The Wine Advocate:

The 2020 Parajes Del Infierno El Judas is the one wine produced with Viura, another local grape that was a lot more common in the zone before the Verdejo boom. The variety is not very aromatic, and the wine is a bit shy, with a serious and insinuating nose, good ripeness without excess and a chalky mouthfeel. It's almost 14% alcohol but has kept a very low pH, 3.11, with good acidity, a balanced palate and a long and dry finish. 757 bottles were filled in June 2022 after spending nine months in barrel and two months in tank.
