"The 2011 El Viejo is produced with grapes from older vineyards, fermented in cement with malolactic and 16 months of aging in oak barrels. The nose is quite influenced by the oak with a toasty profile, notes of coal and barbecued meat. Quite showy, if a little predictable Drink 2016-2018".
