Such a playful and enjoyable expression of Tinta de Toro, perfect for everyday pleasure and open to many food pairing possibilities. There's a refreshing crunch to the sweet black fruit as well as a lively spicy edge of dried mint and liquorice. Sandalwood and tree bark add perfume and nuance. Soft tannins carrying the flavours through to the long, sweet-and-savoury finish. Delicious.
