Avaliação dos peritos

Suckling:

A nicely simple Rioja with subtle spices, berries, red plums and some oranges. Spicy and medium-bodied on the palate with medium acidity, round, soft tannins and a creamy, medium-long finish. Very approachable. Drink now. - Zekun Shuai, Senior Editor.

Tim Atkin:

There was no single parcel Finca Martelo made in 2022, so all of the grapes from Torre de Oña's 48-hectare estate in Páganos, were used to make this varietal Tempranillo. Carrying its 14.5% alcohol lightly, it has subtle American and 40% French oak, flavours of summer berries and orange zest and appealing freshness for a hot vintage wine. 2024-28

The Wine Advocate:

The young and fruit-driven 2020 Finca San Martín is pure Tempranillo fermented in stainless steel and matured in new American (60%) and French (40%) oak barrels for 16 months. It's creamy and spicy, with ripe berry fruit, clean and modern, approachable and powerful with 14.5% alcohol, but it also has good freshness and acidity. 180,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in November 2022.
