The shy and austere 2021 Finca Villalobillos Airén Pie Franco has notes of hay and straw, yeasty and balsamic, not very aromatic, as the variety is quite neutral. It has a round palate with good freshness. It should develop nicely in bottle. 7,500 bottles were filled in March 2022. - Luis Gutiérrez.
