The Wine Advocate:

A 50/50 blend of Garnacha and Tempranillo, the 2016 Gabatxo had a perfumed, heady nose, but the palate has austerity and a serious profile. He used 100% full clusters in the fermentation; the élevage was in large oak vats. It's fresh and elegant with a somewhat classical profile, with some earthy/chalky tannins and very good acidity. 19,000 bottles were filled in November 2017. - Luis Gutiérrez.
