The Wine Advocate::

There was a whiff of toast, smoke and straw in the nose of the 2021 Goliardo A Telleira, which displays a golden color. The wine shows some more development. It fermented in a 750-liter barrel and matured in 500-liter barrels for 12 months. 2,500 bottles were filled in August 2022.

James Suckling:

Freshly squeezed lime juice, green apple and crushed stone. A very creamy, flavorful palate, filled with fine lees and sliced apples. Medium-bodied and intense, but still elegant and zesty. An excellent godello to enjoy now.

Tim Atkin:

A Telleira uses grapes grown on white clay soils – no granite here, folks – that are very close to the ocean. Fermented in older 700-litre barrels, it's broader than some of the more austere 2021s, combining aromas of vanilla pod, the sea shore and wild herbs with a palate of wax, aniseed and lemon zest. 2024-30.
