"The NV Fino Una Palma, bottled the 14th of October 2016 as seen on the back label, is a selection of three barrels (botas) from the fourth criadera of the Solera Amontillado Fino, a Fino with some six years of age matured in bota under a veil of flor. This is reminiscent of the Tío Pepe en Rama, with a little more edge and oxidative notes with plenty of yeasty aromas and a dry, saline and chalky palate. 3,000 500-milliliter bottles produced."

Very nice Jerez, good quality price relationship. Smooth, light refresging. One of the better ones wee have tried so far.
