The Wine Advocate:
The challenges of the 2013 vintage are faintly noticeable in the 2013 Finca Cascorrales in the shape of an herbal twist, with good freshness but always a little riper than Finca Peña Lobera. They had four barrels of this wine, which was sourced from an ancient vineyard planted ungrafted on sandy soils in the 19th century and matured in French oak barrels for 16 months. Relatively speaking, this is fresh and elegant, following the house style, the only problem is tasting it next to the 2014 (which I did) and the Finca Peña Lobera. They filled 948 bottles and 50 magnums in July 2015.

Color cereza oscuro. Aromas complejos a fruta negra y arándanos, toques especiados. Voluminoso, taninos altos, bien estructurado.
Rojo cereza. Fruta negra. Toques de monte bajo, especies y complejo. Con cuerpo, taninos altos. Bien estructurado y con mucho volumen.
No recuerdo que me gustara menos que el peña lobera, Un auténtico vino serio, pero sin exceso de rusticidad.No menos de 3,75☆.Repetir !!!
Un vino con un excelente cuerpo y denso al paladar pero para mi gusto tiene un punto ácido que le resta aromas
Notas ahumadas,poderoso en boca,madera muy sutil,suficientemente fresco,casi,casi,tan bueno como caro.3'75 ☆otra virguería burgalesa
