The Wine Advocate:

The 2019 La Socarrada is pure Macabeo from a 50-year-old vineyard in a warm place that still manages to keep 12% alcohol even in a warm vintage. It has notes of pollen and dry flowers, with a soft and tender palate with mellow acidity. This fermented and matured in amphorae for eight months and comes from a "normal" vintage when the grapes matured thoroughly. 2,100 bottles were filled in June 2020.
