Avaliação dos peritos

James Suckling:

A polished nose of fresh blueberries, raspberries, dried flowers, sweet tobacco, sandalwood and milk chocolate. Medium-to full-bodied with velvety tannins and crisp acidity. Caressing and supple. Ripe and balanced with excellent length. Drink now or hold.

The Wine Advocate:

The 2017 La Vieja Zorra Selección Especial, a barrel selection of 64% Rufete, 36% Tempranillo and 1% Garnacha, is ripe and moderately oaky after 21 months in French and American oak barrels. 2017 was a very dry year (most recent vintages have been) with an early harvest that shows in the powerful wine. 3,953 bottles and 525 magnums produced. It was bottled in November 2020.
