A young vine blend of Syrah and Grenache, the 2018 Languedoc Les Complices would be a great introduction into the wines of Puech Haut. Offering a ripe yet still fresh bouquet of black raspberries, violets, peppery herbs, and spring flowers, it's elegant and medium-bodied, has a silky texture, and is just a great drink.
