Avaliação dos peritos
Considering its age, this is holding up rather well. Plenty of candied-orange and some dried-apricot character on the rich, but clean palate, the discreet oak nicely supporting the long finish. Drink now.
Alvia makes one of Rioja's most distinctive white wines, released late and fermented in a combination of French and Hungarian oak. Marrying Viura with Malvasía, it's a rich, concentrated, evolved style with notes of honey, thatch, toast and sweet spices. Drink in between 2019-21
fruta escarchada, lías (suave). Entrada intensa, maduro, se nota el paso en lías y barrica (bien integrada). Vino gastronómico, peculiar.
