The very cloudy white 2022 Los Conejos Malditos Blanco con Madre feels very irreverent and funky. It was produced with 60% Malvar and 40% Airén grapes and fermented with 50% full clusters in tinaja with indigenous yeasts and matured for eight months with stems and lees. It's characterful, with marked personality, 12% alcohol and good freshness. It's herbal, spicy and earthy; the palate is soft, with pungent flavors and good length and a yeasty touch in the finish. Some might get angry, as it's not a wine for everyone, but it's fun. 25,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in May 2023.

Impresionante, me ha encantado, fresco, ácido....genial.
Inicialamente recuerda a una sidra natural, pero con el tiempo la nariz evoluciona a notas herbales, flores blancas, cremosas. Boca ligera.
Sin filtrar y casi opaco. Nariz de manzana y sidra, corto en boca.
