The Wine Advocate:

The names of the wines are changing to reflect the grapes and the places more than the processes, and the old "sobre lías" is now the 2019 Los Loros Listán Blanco de Canarias, the entry-level white. 2019 was an average vintage in the zone, and the wine is only 11.8% alcohol and has very good freshness. This fermented and matured in stainless steel and was bottled unoaked after six months with the lees but without bâtonnage or racking. I must say I was very impressed by this wine that, despite the more difficult vintage, showed much better than the 2018, with more definition and mineral austerity and a sharp palate with pungent flavors and nicely textured. This is no more about the lees, but about the expression of Listán Blanco on volcanic soils. 3,200 bottles produced. It was bottled in March 2020. - Luis Gutiérrez.
