Avaliação dos peritos

Decanter:

Vibrant and expressive, there's a little oxidative kick but it brings complexity. Underneath on the palate it's fresh and saline, with a good sense of focus and direction. Plenty of interest and texture on the palate too - lots to sink your teeth into. It's very full-bodied and offers lots to enjoy. 3,000 bottles made. Also contains 10% Bourboulenc. Grown on a mix of soil types on La Crau, fermented in demi-muid and stainless steel, then matured in demi-muid.

Jeb Dunnuck:

The flagship white from this estate, the 2019 Châteauneuf Du Pape La Crau De Ma Mère Blanc is terrific, displaying a fresher, more lively style in its citrus blossom, white flower, and salty, mineral-like aromas and flavors. It’s not a powerhouse on the palate, but it’s medium-bodied and has wonderful balance, a solid spine of acidity, and a clean, crisp, dry finish that keeps you coming back to the glass. It’s ideal for drinking over the coming 3-5 years, and I certainly wouldn’t be surprised to see it keep longer. It’s a beautifully balanced, fresher style of Châteauneuf du Pape Blanc.
