Avaliação dos peritos

The Wine Advocate:

Disgorged in December 2018 with nine grams per liter dosage, the latest release of the NV Brut Classic Cuvée is showing well, wafting from the glass with a pretty bouquet of citrus zest, elderflowers, green apple and very subtle autolytic top notes. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, pillowy and beautifully balanced, with a pinpoint mousse, ripe but racy acids and a nicely defined finish. It's a blend of six vintages: 70% 2014, 4% 2013, 6% 2011, 9% 2010, 10% 2009 and 1% 2008.

Decanter:

Doughy yeasty nose with a hint of salinity. The palate is soft and fruit-forward with some spice and biscuit notes. Great balance and finish. Drinking Window 2020 - 2024.
