James Suckling:

Ripe and ashy blackberries, sandalwood and hints of chocolate, hazelnut and truffles. 100% tempranillo. This is a tightly structured, powerful red, loaded with powdery tannins and concentrated black fruit. Drink after 2024.

The Wine Advocate:

The 2019 Origen de Resalte was the first wine produced here, and it follows the original style of a powerful and muscular red but keeping the balance and freshness. It has 14% alcohol and a medium to full-bodied palate with integrated oak after 14 months in French and American (20%) oak barrels that give it some sweet spice. 60,000 bottles and 3,000 magnums. It was bottled in June 2021.
