The seductive and charming nose combines fruit, oak and spices. Vibrant on the multilayered palate with sandy, fine-grained tannins and notes of red cherry, blueberry and earth. The finish is persistent and does not dry your mouth.
Named after Doroteo Romero, this varietal Tinto Fino is released with a little more bottle age than its stablemates El Nogal and El Picón. Savoury, spicy and a little earthy, it displays aromas of forest floor and tobacco leaf, the concentration of its 103-year-old vines, savoury tannins and enough acidity to lift and freshen the finish. 2024-32
