100% Malvasía de Sitges, fermented and aged only in stainless steel. A remarkable wine; smoky, steely and with a touch of petrol on the nose. The acidity is absolutely electric; tongue-tingling and mouth-watering, yet married well to ripe stone fruits. So tight, so focused and very long indeed. 2022-2038.
