Tinaja uses the same fruit as the Viñas Centenarias bottling, but is fermented and aged in clay amphoras. The result is a wine with more acidity and zip, showing an earthy undertone, sappy freshness and classic high-altitude crunch and perfume. Garnacha at its purest and most refined. 2022-28
