Pyjama 2013

"Marketed as a younger, softer entry-level, the 2012 Pyjama is a red Mencía-based wine from old vines, fermented in stainless steel with natural yeasts and aged for five months in oak. It's a very dark, almost black wine, with ripe aromas of blackberries and wild herbs, a little closed, denoting youth. The palate is juicy, with some chewy tannins with some austerity pointing at a long life in bottle, where it should also develop more complexity. 8,900 bottles".
