The Wine Advocate (Ag 2016):

"For what I've tasted, 2015 is a ripe and warm vintage, quite good for young wines, like the 2015 Rayos Uva. This blend of 50% Tempranillo, 30% Garnacha and 20% Graciano varies with the vintage, and is made up from grapes grown in the village of Aldeanueva de Ebro by Lacus, where Olivier Rivière works as winemaker. Some 20% of the Tempranillo fermented with full clusters and all of the wine fermented with indigenous yeasts. Part of the wine was kept in oak vats and part in stainless steel until bottling in May 2016. There's more Graciano in this year, and it's probably the vintage with better acidity and freshness for this cuvée. This wine does not pretend to be anything other than drinkable and fruit-driven, providing pleasure. And that is certainly achieved. 65,000 bottles produced in 2015." Luis Gutiérrez, The Wine Advocate.
