"Quite atypical and completely different from its siblings, the dark-colored and pink 2011 Intens Rosat Brut Nature Gran Reserva has a nose of strawberries and is insultingly young in contrast with the style of the house. As I find in the wines for Anselme Selosse, this is more a wine than a sparkler, a superb rosé that happens to have bubbles and the yeasty notes provided by a short time in contact with the lees, keeping the primary character of the fruit. Great rose with ripe flavors and good freshness. 15,000 bottles produced".
En 1878 nació en Sant Sadurní d’Anoia Recaredo Mata Figueres. En 1924 su hijo Josep empezó a trabajar en el mundo del espumoso de calidad fundando “Can Recaredo”, el nombre con el que siempre se ha conocido a esta casa.
