Pungent sourdough yeastiness, white nuts, dried apricots and bruised apples. Very dry and saline, with yeasty intensity and neutral fruit in the mid-palate. Long and bone-dry, with lots of Brazil nuts and seaweed in the long finish. Listan blanco. Drink now.
