The entry-level rosé 2017 Roselito has less Albillo, "only" 20% (in good years, it has up to 30%), and has a slightly darker color (more Tempranillo). The whole clusters were pressed directly and together, and the must fermented after settling in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts. The nose is still a bit dizzy, but it has a serious palate, with some chalky tannins and very tasty flavors. Straight, serious rosé. It was bottled in January 2018. 31,000 bottles produced.

Soy muy fan de Le Rosé, su hermano mayor, pero este vino guarda muchas de las virtudes del anterior y además es mucho más asequible.
