"The 2010 Signo Garnacha is a blend of 91% Garnacha and 9% Alicante Bouchet from Castillejo de Iniesta and Pozo Lorente (certified organic vines). The wine is raised for 11 months in 300-liter, mainly used French barrels. It offers an attractive bouquet of raspberry preserve, Morello and wild strawberry that is very well-defined. The palate is very well-balanced with fine tannins, very well-judged acidity and great purity towards the fleshy finish. Just 220 cases were produced. Lovely. Drink now-2016".
