The 2016 vintage didn't make the most powerful wines in the history of Rioja, but the best of them are showing very well right now. This is a case in point: balanced, perfumed and showing some subtle reduction, with fine oak, fresh acidity and tobacco leaf and red berry fruit. 2022-26

Cherry, blackberry and some walnut aromas follow through to a medium body with firm, polished tannins and a fresh finish. 100% tempranillo. Drink now.
