Given the volumes involved - 300,000 bottles - this is an especially commendable Reserva from one of Rioja's best co-operatives. Remarkably fresh for a 2017, which was both frost and heat affected, it’s focused, juicy and aromatic, with violet, coffee bean and cinnamon top notes and tangy black cherry fruit. 2024-30
