Falstaff:

Hints of toasted hazelnut and molten stearine make for a smoky nose, followed by notions of Red Delicious apple with overtones of plum skin. The palate has a creaminess, a textural density and richness from full-fruited Pinot Noir. Bright freshness counters this generosity but the creamy texture and foam and fruitiness last into a very long finish.

Wine Enthusiast:

A Champagne made in collaboration with Michel Chapoutier from the Rhône, this is rich with a rounded character while also having a dry core. It is a fine wine that has maturity and is ready to drink.
