"The 2015 Telescópico Macabeo - Garnacha Blanca wants to show the potential of a warm zone through the blending. It was fermented with selected yeasts and matured in concrete vats with lees that were stirred twice per week for some six months. The varieties are fermented together (as they can keep the grapes for up to three days in a cold room). It has a subtle, elegant and nuanced nose with good complexity, mixing spices, flowers and fruit, refined and a little more aromatic - floral - than the pure Macabeo. 4,500 bottles were filled in April 2016."
Esta bodega nace de una gran amistad y de una verdadera pasión por el vino. De otra manera sería difícil entender cómo uno de sus socios dejó su profesión y el otro puso a disposición del proyecto su garaje y sus viñas familiares.
