The 2016 Telescópico Macabeo-Garnacha Blanca is a co-fermentation of Macabeo, Garnacha Blanca and Viognier, matured in concrete and aged on the lees for eight months. It is now fermented with indigenous yeasts and has the varietal aromas of Viognier, with notes of peach, flowers and a touch of beeswax, somehow more aromatic than pure Macabeo and Garnacha Blanca. 3,200 bottles produced. It was bottled in July 2017. - Luis Gutiérrez.
