Avaliação dos peritos

Tim Atkin:

Another Tentenublo wine that is showing better a year on, this serious, compact cuvée of Tempranillo, 30% Garnacha and 10% Viura is a low-intervention style with firmish tannins, damson and plum skin fruit and the structure to age further in bottle. 2024-29

The Wine Advocate:

The eponymous red 2020 Tentenublo was produced with a blend of 60% Tempranillo, 30% Garnacha and 10% white Viura from different younger and older vineyards on red sandstone soils. It fermented in open-top vats and matured in barrels and foudres for 10 months and then kept in concrete for one year. It was not an easy vintage, like 2018, but he feels the wines have a lot of finesse and are going to age nicely in bottle. Here, the grapes ripen thoroughly—it has 14.5% alcohol—and the wine is juicy and balanced with full development of aromas and flavors and with finer tannins than the wines from the marl soils. Powerful, with darker fruit aromas. 22,050 bottles produced. It was bottled in August 2022
