Custero is constructed on a base of Garnacha and Tempranillo with further contributions from two red and five white varieties, making up a classic field blend. The vines may be
young at just seven years of age, but this is appealingly floral, textured and sweetly fruited, with spice and texture from 100% whole bunches, good underlying grip and acidity and
refined tannins. 2023-29
