The Wine Advocate:

They have worked a vineyard of Tintilla since 2011, but in 2018 they started with another two; so, the wine originally called Tintilla has been turned into a range of three wines, one from each vineyard. The 2018 Tintilla Balbaína comes from a limestone plot of tosca de barajuelas soil; it's an amazing vineyard planted by the sea some 20+ years ago. The wine is elegant and fine, floral and perfumed, with bright red aromas, spicy and showy, and with hints of wet chalk. It has a medium-bodied palate with 13.5% alcohol, very fine tannins and a sapid, almost salty finish. This has to be the finest dry Tintilla I have ever tasted. Bravo! 4,300 bottles were filled in September 2021.
