The Wine Advocate:

I" was really impressed with the 2012 Tragaldabas, a small project from Mandragora Vinos de Pueblo, the chaps at the La Tintoreria wine shop in Madrid. It’s produced with Rufete grapes from the Sierra de Salamanca appellation with grapes from two vineyards, one on slate and the other one on sand. It has a light ruby color, quite translucent and a nose dominated by aromas of flowers, lilies, rose petals and violets, really showy and intoxicating. The medium-bodied palate has very fine tannins, making the wine extremely easy to drink. It is silky, with good balance, clean flavors and a remarkable aftertaste. There are only 1,212 bottles, but production will grow to 4,000 bottles with the 2013 vintage, which was just bottled as I write this in the middle of June 2014. Very good value too. Bravo! Drink now-2017."
