A wine whose style owes as much to Burgundy as it does to Galicia, this layered Albariño was fermented in 8% new French oak, underwent partial malolactic and has some added texture from lees stirring, or bâtonnage. Focused, pithy and nicely poised, it has a touch of vanilla spice, flavours of rock salt and pink grapefruit and good palate weight. 2023-30
