Urban Ribera Crianza 2012 (x6)

There is a new 2012 Urban Ribera Crianza, pure Tempranillo fermented in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts and matured in oak barrels (90% French, 10% Central European) for one year. This is a demand from the Spanish market, where Crianza is a very popular category. It's kept in stainless steel after the élevage in oak, and it has had time to integrate all its components and become naturally clarified. They always try to keep the reds in tank for one year, to avoid fining and filtering while preserving the fruit. Ready to rock. 12,000 bottles were filled in September 2015. - Luis Gutiérrez.
